FAQ

Q. Where are you based?

A. Elizabeth is from Rhode Island but is currently living in Philadelphia, PA. Kristy lives in Ames, IA.

Q. Who is behind Fraggles & Friggles?

A. We're a niece + Aunt team. For information about us, go to the About page here.

Q: What is your process?

A. A number of our designs are hand drawn and the rest are made in Adobe Illustrator. Our original screens were all handpainted by Elizabeth using the screen filler method but we have since moved to UV-cured emulsion for a quicker and more precise process.

All of our items (with the exception of the undies) are hand screenprinted by Kristy using non-toxic, long lasting water-based ink. This is different from plastisol, which can feel rigid and uncomfortable (think: shirts in museum shops). Water-based ink produces a softer and more comfortable printed shirt.

Q: What sort of material are your items made out of?

A: The majority of our items are made out of 100% cotton or a cotton blend. For specifics, please see the item description.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

A: Each listing contains an image of the sizing chart. Please review it before purchasing your item. Also, please note that adult unisex shirts are pre-shrunk.

Q. What is your processing time?

A: Please allow up to 7 days for your shirt to be printed.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Everywhere

Q: What is your shipping time?

A: DOMESTIC: Shirts and bags going to the US will be sent via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. Prints will be sent via USPS ground mail. All orders include a tracking number.

A: INTERNATIONAL: All items will be sent via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number. USPS does not provide an estimate on how long this shipping will take.

Q: What is your exchange or refund policy?

A: If your item does not fit or you are unsatisfied with it for any reason, please contact us for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must return in its original condition (not worn out and about and tags still intact) and you must notify us of the request within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new shirt.

Q: Is Fraggles & Friggles involved with any philanthropic cause?

A: A portion of all proceeds in 2017 will be donated to the National Resource Defense Council

Q: I know of a store where I'd like to see your items and I think they'd be a good fit.

A: We're always looking for new brick and mortar shops to work with. Please contact us here.
